One of the factors related to aggressiveness is the intensity of playing videogame violence. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of playing videogame violence with the level of aggressiveness in students in Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were 102 active students in Yogyakarta who were taken using accidental sampling. Data were collected using the Videogame Playing Intensity Scale and Aggressiveness Scale. Statistical analysis technique used Pearson Product Moment. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the intensity of playing videogame violence on students with a significance value of 0.002 (p<0.05). The effective contribution given is the intensity of playing videogames with an aggressiveness of 6.9%.
