This study aims to determine the leadership communication style of Tirta Meyrizka Lubis as a transformational leader of the Tirta Foundation. This study uses a descriptive analytical method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation as well as data analysis of the Miles and Hubermen model. The data that has been obtained is proven to be authentic and accurate through source triangulation. First, the triangulation of sources in this study are resource persons who are experts in the field of leadership. Second, triangulation of sources using selected informants according to research needs. The results of this study indicate that Tirta's leadership communication style which is supported by transformational leadership in TF is a unit that encourages individual transformation in TF so that TF can continue to develop. Tirta does the transformation or changes that occur to individuals in TF by using a coaching approach, caring for each individual in TF, motivation, inspiration, and exemplary. The basic practice of leadership communication style carried out by Tirta Meyrizka Lubis at TF which is transformational in nature that Tirta Meyrizka Lubis as a transformational leader at TF tends to use communication style, equalitarian communication style, dynamic communication style and relinguising communication style in encouraging transformational things in individuals in TF. Meanwhile, structured communication style is used to encourage organizational transformation efforts related to work programs.
