Marfuah Sri Sanityastuti, M.Si %T KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (Studi Kasus Pada Anak Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder di Sekolah Alam Kampung Sawah Depok, Jawa Barat) %X Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition which symptom is of a child who has difficulties to concentrate, hyperactive, impulsive, which affect balance of regulatory behavior, tends to have little to less attention, unable to sit in one place and tends to move from one sitting to another, tends to be more aggressive and active than normal children in general hence the activity of children with ADHD affects teacher to be less focused while they’re teaching. This study aims to identify and describe the interpersonal communication carried out by teachers to increasing the learning interest of ADHD students at Sekolah Alam Kampung Sawah, Depok, Jawa Barat. This research is an descriptive qualitative using the case study method. The data collection method uses participation observation where researchers participate in the learning process in the classroom and in depth interview 4 sources incluse 1 homeroom teacher of the first grade, 1 homeroom teacher of the fourth grade, a shadow teacher and special need center coordinator. From the result of the research it can be concluded interpersonal communication carried out by teachers to ADHD students in increasing interest in learning in this school is by providing an attitude to support everything that child wants to learn by giving appreciation in the form of praise so that students have an interest in learning, interpersonal communication that is established between teachers and ADHD students with a sense of trust in each other, affection, closeness that occurs between them, a sense of comfort and a sense openness. %K interpersonal communication; attention deficit hyperactivity; minat belajar; komunikasi pembelajaran %D 2022 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib55617
