The subjects in this study were 78 married adult men aged 20-40 years in all parts of Indonesia. The measuring instruments of this study are the treatment seeking intention scale, religiosity scale, and nominal/ordinal social identity questionnaire. Multiple regression techniques with free variables are categorical for analyzing data. The results of this study show that there is an influence of social identity and religiosity on the treatment seeking intention in men with indications of fertility problems. This is evidenced by a significance value of F = 2.27, p = 0.046, R2 = 0.161. Only the level of education affects the treatment seeking intention, this result is evidenced by the value of (p = 0.002). While religiosity (p = 0.431), age value (p = 0.622), income level (p = 0.395), and ethnicity (p = 0.660) does not affect treatment seeking intentions. %Z Pembimbing: Denisa Apriliawati, S. Psi., M.
