This research uses quantitative research with quantitative descriptive analysis approach with explanatory research. Explanatory research is a research that explains the relationship between the variables X to Y. The results of this study, namely the size of the board of commissioners and the audit committee prove that there is no significant effect on company performance, while the board of directors has a significant positive effect on company performance.
