The data from this study were taken through a questionnaire distributed to employees of the BSI bank (Ex. BRI Syariah Bank) in Sukabumi City. The data obtained were then processed using multiple regression techniques with the IBM SPSS veris 25 application. The results of this study indicate that linear compensation variables, religiosity variables, and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with employees of Bank BSI (Ex.
