This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of venture capital, quality of human resources, length of business and number of workers on the development of MSMEs in Sragen Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data. The primary data was obtained from the questionnaire results of 50 respondents who are MSME actors in Sragen Regency. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS data processing program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of working capital and the number of workers have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs. While the variables of human resource quality and length of business have no significant effect on the development of MSMEs.
