This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 250 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness does not affect attitudes to using BSI mobile banking, perceptions of ease of use affect attitudes to using BSI mobile banking, perceptions of risk do not affect attitudes to using BSI mobile banking, service features affect attitudes to using BSI mobile banking, perceptions of usefulness affect interest in using BSI mobile banking, perceived ease of use affect interest in using BSI mobile banking, risk perception affect interest in using BSI mobile banking, service features do not affect interest in using BSI mobile banking, attitudes have no effect on interest in using BSI mobile banking. Perceived usability, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and service features through attitudes have no effect on interest in using BSI mobile banking, interest affects decisions of BSI mobile banking users.
