The data analysis method used is panel data analysis in the form of cross-sections from 34 provinces in Indonesia with time series from 2015 to 2021. This study uses quantitative analysis methods with the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of the model specification test state that FEM (Fixed Effect Model) is the selected model. Of all the independent variables, there are three variables that have a positive influence on economic growth such as Domestic Investment, Human Capital, and Inflation. This positive influence is caused by increased investment and education so as to encourage economic growth. Such as mild inflation that can provide the realization of economic growth. However, the variables of Foreign Investment and Labor Force Participation have a negative direction on Indonesia's economic growth.
