(Studi pada Perusahaan yang Tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2018-2021)
%X This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ownership concentration on dividend policy in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70) for the 2018-2021 period. The method in this study uses panel data regression estimation with a fixed effect model through descriptive statistical analysis and classical assumption test with the E-Views 9 tool. The results show that partially institutional ownership, ownership concentration, and free cash flow variables are control variables. has no effect on dividend policy. While the managerial ownership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. The results of the study simultaneously show that the independent variables institutional ownership, managerial ownership, ownership concentration and free cash flow control variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of dividend policy. The results of this study are taken into consideration for companies in determining factors that can affect dividend policy and can be a source of reference for future research.
