This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using questionnaires. The 125 data collected were processed using the Partial Least Square - Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the satisfaction variable directly had a significant effect to intention and had insignificant effect to Muzakki loyalty, while transparency and accountability had insignificant effect to intention and had a significant effect on Muzakki loyalty. Based on the indirect effect test, it is known that satisfaction, transparency, and accountability have no significant effect on Muzakki loyalty through intention as an intervening variable. %Z Pembimbing: Sunarsih, SE, M.Si
