The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Pati Sudirman 1. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and the number of samples used was 40 people/respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0 as an analytical tool. The results in this study state that partially advertising, personal selling, and direct marketing variables have a positive and significant impact on people's decisions to become customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Pati Sudirman 1.} }
