The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Pati Sudirman 1. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and the number of samples used was 40 people/respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0 as an analytical tool.
