With human development we can measure how the influence of economic policies carried out by the government on the quality of life of the people. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Zakat, Total Population, Poverty, Regional Native Income, Capital Expenditure and Unemployment Rate on the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2018 and 2020. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and Puskas Baznas. The method used is panel data regression with a fixed effect analysis model. The results showed that the variables of population and capital expenditure had a significant positive effect on HDI, the poverty variable had a significant negative effect on HDI, while the variables zakat, PAD, and unemployment rate did not have a significant effect on HDI. The coefficient of determination (Rē) obtained is 0.996786 which means that all independent variables in this study can explain the dependent variables by 99.7%. The rest is explained by other variables outside the model.
