The object of this research is 40 employees of Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive. Data from this study were collected using questionnaires which were distributed directly to employees of Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. The data that has been collected is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of mutation, promotion, and incentives on employee performance. The statistical test tool used is IBM SPSS version 23. The results of the statistical tests conducted show that mutation, promotion, and incentives simultaneously or partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance. %Z Pembimbing: Jauhar Faradis, S.H.I., M.A.
