The population of this study were students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS 21. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived control had a significant effect on the switching intention BSI customers from traditional transactions to mobile banking.
