        abstract = {Poverty is a phenomenon that often occurs in almost every country, especially developing countries. Poverty that occurs in parts of eastern Indonesia (KTI) is due to the inability of people to meet their needs properly. Poverty that occurs is influenced by various factors, therefore this study aims to find out what factors affect poverty in eastern Indonesia in 2010 to 2020. The samples in this study were 13 provinces in Eastern Indonesia. The analysis method used is a panel data regression model. The results showed that the education and gini ratio variables had a negative effect on poverty, then the unemployment and labor force variables had a positive effect on poverty, and the GRDP and health variables did not affect poverty in Eastern Indonesia.}
