This research is R&D (research and development) with observing the morphological and anatomical structure of the neck bone (vertebrae cervicalis) of the little egret (Egretta garzetta). The E-Atlas development process is design the cover, ribbon, and other supporting elements using CorelDRAW Graphic Suites 2022 64 bit, then compose the content of the E-Atlas using Articulate Storyline 3, and publication of E-Atlas project into html (link/website). The E-Atlas validation test was conducted by one theorist, one media expert, two biology teachers, and 10 11th and 12th grade students of SMA N 1 Sewon. In this experiment, 3 bones were taken: C2 (representing the upper neck), C6 (representing the middle neck), and C12 (representing the lower neck). C2 has a bone length of 1.2 cm, a width of 0.7 cm, and a height of 0.5 cm. C6 has a bone length of 1.3 cm, a width of 0.8, and a height of 0.6. C12 has a bone length of 1.1 cm, a width of 1 cm, and a height of 1 cm. The morphological structure of the neck bone consists of the parapophysis, diapophysis, transverse foramina, and spinous processes. The anatomical structure of the cervical spine consists of cortical, trabecular, bone marrow, parapophysis, diapophysis, transverse foramina, spinous process, periosteum, and endosteum. The results of the E-Atlas validation test were carried out by theorist are 94% (very valid), media experts 78% (very valid), biology teachers 86% (very valid), and students 96% (very valid). Based on the test results, the developed E-Atlas is feasible to be used as a biology learning media. %K Morfologi, Anatomi, Tulang Leher, Kuntul Kecil (Egretta garzetta), E-Atlas, Media Belajar %D 2022 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib55973
