The research belongs to Research and Development (R&D). This development research procedure in based on 4-D model wich includes 4 steps, namely (1) Define (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Disseminate. This research was until development with the implementation test. These research instruments are criticism and validator suggestion sheet, student response sheet, and enforceability observation sheet. The quality of physics module used 4 Likert scale and student response used Guttman scale, both are in checklist form. While used a descriptive form in enforceability. The result of this research is physics module based guided inquiry. The quality of physics module based on assessment of ohysics specialist, graphic specialist and teacher has very good score, with average score 3,49; 3,29; and 3,60. Student’s responses on small field test and large field test has shown their values of 1,00 and 0,81. Result from the enforceability in a large field including student who do not understand of several stages of inquiry such a identifying problems, making hypotheses and making conclusions.
