Maemonah, M. Ag abstract: Educator's strategy in conveying learning is important. Especially strategies in fulfilling attitude competencies. So that in the teaching and learning process it can facilitate the delivery of subject matter, as well as limit negative influences so that children do not easily fall into unexpected things. However, often the strategies applied are not in accordance with the existing conditions, so that learning becomes ineffective. In addition to the ineffectiveness of educator strategies in fulfilling attitude competencies, the Covid-19 pandemic has had widespread and fundamental consequences for the world of education. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for fulfilling attitude competencies in Islamic religious education in distance learning at SMPN 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research with the type of research field research (field research). The subjects of this study were teachers of Islamic Religious Education and grade 8 students, with details of 68 students each representing grades 8A, 8B, 8C, and 8D. at SMPN 2 Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using data condensation methods, data display, and drawing conclusions The results of this study indicate that in general the strategies used by PAI teachers at SMPN 2 Depok in carrying out distance learning are as follows: 1. Applying discipline when zooming, 2. Providing motivation about spiritual values, 3. Exemplary through showing videos and the words of a teacher, 4. Directed and good habits, 5. Monitoring of students through activity reports, 6.
