Some of the problems from children to adulthood are caused by internal factors that are not able to face the challenges of changing times from outside themselves. This research will discuss the importance of delivering material in Islamic personality education using the STIFIn method with the object of research at SMP Ibnu Hajar Bogor is to improve and maintain an Indonesian culture and a culture of kindness in future generations due to increasingly large and varied challenges. The hope is that with the magnitude of the challenge, students are able to survive with a good mentality and are able to get the positive side from the development of the era, namely by developing the potential of each individual to become more useful and able to compete in a healthy manner and become people who are focused and experts in their fields. This study aims to determine the foundation of SMP Ibnu Hajar Bogor in using the STIFIn method in supporting Islamic personality education for class VIII students at SMP Ibnu Hajar Bogor. To find out what are the factors that support and hinder the application of the STIFIn method in Islamic personality education for class VIII students at Ibnu Hajar Islamic Middle School, Bogor. To find out about the application and implementation of the STIFIn method in Islamic personality education for class VIII students of SMP Islam Ibnu Hajar Bogor. The research method used is qualitative and grounded theory approach. By collecting and analyzing data in stages in the field then experiencing concept development after deepening. Based on the initial theory that the author knows about the STIFIn method as a tool for detecting a person's personality and as a means to facilitate communication and interaction. Researchers took steps to collect data using the characteristics of a grounded theory approach in the form of theoretical sampling using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The results showed that the application of the STIFIn method at the Ibnu Hajar Islamic Middle School was a supporting tool in realizing the school's goals in the form of realizing students who had good morals, were resilient and grew in their profession according to individual genetic personality. The process of implementing personality education is by carrying out self-development programs in the Islamic field contained in the curriculum content and school characteristics. The STIFIn method supports in terms of resources in the form of teachers, students and parents by making it easier to recognize the potential of each child and then finding the best way to educate an Islamic personality.} }
