A, Psi. %T PENGARUH PROGRAM SOSIALISASI PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK MAHASISWA PIAUD DI UIN FATMAWATI SUKARNO BENGKULU %X Pedagogic competence is very important to be possessed by a teacher in a school institution. The low pedagogical competence of PIAUD students towards the understanding of inclusive education requires improvement efforts through socialization programs. This study aims to find out and identify the influence of inclusive education socialization programs on the pedagogical competence of PIAUD students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the supporting factors for the implementation of socialization programs. The research method uses the quantitative method of pseudo-experimentation (quasi experimental Desaign) and uses a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design research design with a desaign pretest-posttest control group scheme. The research population was 94 students in semester 7 consisting of 4 classes. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was 44 respondents consisting of an experimental class with a total sample of 23 students from class 7D, and a control class of 21 students from class 7A. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling technique because the sample class is randomly selected. Data collection methods through observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis through data prerequisite tests, namely normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain score tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed the influence of inclusive education socialization programs on improving the pedagogical competence of PIAUD students. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test results of 0.00 < 0.05 which indicates that Ho was rejected and Ha, namely the influence of the socialization program on increasing the pedagogical competence of PIAUD UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu students was accepted. In addition, the influence of inclusive education socialization programs on student pedagogical competence can be seen from the results of the average score of pretest (35.87) and posttest (50) experimental classes with an increase of 14.13%. The category of increasing influence through the N-Gain test was obtained at 0,36 with the “Moderate” effect category. The results of the questionnaire evaluation of the implementation of the socialization program are in the very good category, namely obtaining an average score of 84.22%. This means that the inclusive education outrech program that has been prepared and implemented gets a very good respons from the respondents.
