In the observation activities the media used were teacher books, student books, and picture cartons, so that there were some low student learning outcomes. This development research aims to: (1) To develop digital-based pop-up book media for learning mathematics materials for class V SD/MI. (2) Analyze the feasibility of digital-based pop-up book media. (3) Knowing the effectiveness of digital-based pop-up book media on student learning outcomes. This research uses the Research and Development method. This research design uses the ADDIE model developed by Robert Maribe Brach which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The location of this research was at SD N Nanggulan Maguwoharjo, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, with a total of 28 students. The research data collection instruments were in the form of a questionnaire and questions. This research produces digital-based pop-up book media, especially on cube and block geometric material which is packaged in the form of Microsoft PowerPoint. Pop-up book-based media is considered feasible to be used as a learning resource based on the assessment of instrument experts, namely media experts with a feasibility level of 92%, material experts 90%, and teacher response 85%. The characteristics of digital-based pop-up book media are shaped by the design and needs of students. Another characteristic of digital-based pop-up book media is made with pictures and animations that can stimulate students' creativity, imagination and knowledge. As well as this media has a capacity of 8.953 MB so it does not take up storage memory on the user's smartphone or laptop. The results of the calculation of student learning outcomes obtained a percentage of 83%. With this it can be said that digital-based pop-up book media is effectively used during learning activities. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. H. Sedya Santosa, SS, M.Pd.
