This is because the principal has not been able to cooperate with teachers to use existing learning facilities. Whereas the principal has a planning, organizing, actuating and controlling role. The aims of this research are as follows: (1) To describe the managerial implementation process of the principal at SD Nuril Islam Pacitan; (2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the managerial implementation process of the principal in improving teacher performance at SD Nuril Islam Pacitan. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation (participant observation), interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. While data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing (verification). Checking the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Based on the results of the study entitled Application of Principal Managerial Capability in Improving Teacher Performance at SD Nuril Islam Pacitan, it was found that: (1) The managerial implementation of the principal on teacher performance, seen from the planning that the principal had made, the results were not optimal. Managerial implementation of improving teacher performance has been carried out in accordance with the plan but the results have not been as expected. The school principal has carried out managerial monitoring and evaluation to improve teacher performance with the aim of finding deficiencies in implementation so that improvements are made for future planning. (2) With supporting factors, namely the existence of teachers, a conducive environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure and the support of the school community. While the obstacles are the limited learning media, some teachers have not mastered educational technology and the learning methods used are not appropriate.
