The objectives of this study are 1) To find how the level implementation of Madrasah Supervisor's Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. 2) To find how the level of teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. 3) To find how the academic supervision of school supervisors affects the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. The method is quantitative research with a causal correlation method (causal). The population in this study is all educators and education staff at SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. With a total sample is 39 people and the sample is entirety of the total population or commonly called total sampling. The instrument is a questionnaire for data collection techniques for academic supervision of school supervisors and teacher performance. The data analysis techniques is a quantitative descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Based on descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, the academic supervision of school supervisors at SMA Negeri 1 Bantan is in the category of 72.76\%, and the teacher performance is very good category of 87.22\%. Meanwhile, the results of a simple regression analysis showed a calculated t value of 2.376 greater than the table t value with a value of 2.10 with a signification level (2.216 {\ensuremath{>}} 2.10) = (calculated {\ensuremath{>}} ttabel) this means that the academic supervision of school supervisors has a significant influence on teacher performance, but there are many other factors that influence teacher performance that were not studied in this study.} }
