Because the problem of poverty makes people do everything they can to meet their needs in a negative way. Of course there must be a solution to the problem so that all these social problems can be resolved and changed in a better direction. The innovation of the Wijaya Makmur integrated Reffal Service System (SLRT) Program in Sukoharjo Regency is one of the breakthroughs to solve social problems, especially for the poor and vulnerable to poverty. With the Wijaya Makmur SLRT has helped the community in handling complaints which include various social programs, reducing the poverty rate of the people of Sukoharjo city. Then the role of the Wijaya Makmur SLRT for the poor in the Sukoharjo region has felt the benefits and a sense of satisfaction for the people receiving the service. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, VII interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique making sanse of descriptive qualitative. The results of this study explain the role of SLRT Wijaya Makmur in serving the people of Sukoharjo to get social protection. Because this will be I line with the function in the Regulation of the Minister of Soscial Affairs No. 15 of 2018. SLRT Wijaya Makmur, Sukoharjo Regency has implemented the objectives of the SLRT based on Permensos No. 15 of 2018 article 2 and in accordance with the RPJMD, Vision an Mission of Sukoharjo Regency in alleviating poverty and being vulnerable to poverty. With the target of complaints in various fields such as updating data, health insurance, education, social disasters, natural disasters and so on.
