The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the social inclusion program at the Yogyakarta City Library and Archives Service; knowing the information literacy skills of the community at the Yogyakarta City Library and Archives Service; determine the relationship between social inclusion programs and information literacy skills of the Yogyakarta City Library and Archives Service. This research is an associative quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study was 88 respondents with a proportional sampling technique using the slovin formula. Data measurement in this study uses a Likert scale, validity test uses Pearson's product moment, and reliability test uses Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis was divided into descriptive analysis using mean and grand mean, correlation test, hypothesis test, with an error level of 5\%. The results obtained from this study are 1) the effectiveness of the social inclusion program at the Yogyakarta City Library and Archive Service with a value of 4.16 is categorized as good. 2) community information literacy at the Yogyakarta City Library and Archive Service with a value of 4.08 is categorized as good. 3) there is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of the social inclusion program and the information literacy skills of the community at the Yogyakarta City Library and Archives Service, as evidenced by the rcount value of 0.486, the value is in the moderate relationship category. Strengthened through the significance of the t test with a value of 5.157. From the research it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the social inclusion program has a mutually reinforcing relationship with the information literacy skills of the community.} }
