The purpose of this research is to design and create a website-based micropipette calibration data processing method and validate the method with SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This research was conducted through the stages of design, manufacture, implementation, and validation. The design is done by making use case diagrams and user interface data input pages and calibration certificates. Making is done by creating a website that contains data input pages and calibration certificates. The website-based micropipette calibration data processing method and the standard method are implemented by entering micropipette calibration data and then proceeding with data processing. Validation is done by comparing the value of the results of processing micropipette calibration data based on the website with the reference standard to get the value of accuracy and precision. The use case diagram, input page interface and calibration certificate have been successfully designed. A website containing a data input page and a calibration certificate has been successfully created on the Infinityfree hosting service with the domain name https://kalibrasimikropipet.42web.io. This method and the standard method have been successfully implemented by obtaining calibration factors in the form of correction values and their uncertainties as well as correction values for room temperature and humidity and their uncertainties. This method has also been successfully validated by obtaining 100% accuracy and 100% precision for all measurement results so that this website-based micropipette calibration data processing method has met the requirements and has been proven valid based on the tolerance values for accuracy and precision set by SNI ISO/IEC 17025. :2017. %Z Pembimbing: Frida Agung Rakhmadi, S.Si., M.Sc
