The reasons and rationale of students in responding to changes in the minimum age limit for marriage are divided into three factors, namely health, maturity, and finance. On the maturity factor, students think that at that age the prospective bride and groom are considered to have matured in their emotional development and way of thinking. Meanwhile, on financial factors, the age of 19 years has completed the nine-year compulsory education level so that they can find and have a job, as well as managing household finances.
