In this agreement, the profit sharing is carried out by the land owner by surrendering the land and the cultivator is obliged to cultivate the land. Meanwhile, the capital for agricultural needs such as seeds, fertilizers, medicines, etc. is divided between the land owners and the cultivators. However, the distribution of the results, which was originally the cost for agricultural needs, was divided between the land owner and the cultivator, instead the cultivators were asked to pay it back when the harvest arrived. This agreement is made orally without any witnesses. The main problems in this study are is the implementation of profit-sharing cooperation in cultivating rice fields in Winong Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is Islamic law reviewing the practice of sharing the results of cultivating rice fields in Winong Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency. This research is a field research, analytical descriptive in nature, using a sociological juridical approach. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews, documentation, and analytical methods used by inductive thinking. Using the framework of contract theory, mukhābarah, muzāra'ah, and justice theory. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of profit-sharing cooperation carried out by the people of Winong Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is using the type of mukhābarah contract in which the land owner submits his land to the cultivator to be managed with an agreement that the proceeds are divided between the land owner and the cultivator according to the agreement. mutual agreement, while the costs and seeds are from the cultivators. In this case, it can be concluded that the profit sharing contract is permissible under Islamic law, because the land owner and the cultivator have mutually agreed on the cooperation. A review of Islamic law on the implementation of profit sharing in cultivating rice fields in Winong Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency in general, the contract is carried out only verbally, without presenting witnesses, the term of the agreement is not clearly defined. The 50:50 distribution of results by the people of Winong Village, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is still unfair, because the results of the harvest are not commensurate with the effort, time and costs that have been incurred by the cultivators. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Abdul Mughits, S.Ag., M.Ag
