The court as one of the law enforcement agencies is expected to provide justice for anyone who faces the law, including people with disabilities. So that the assessment and analysis in this study aims to see how the judicial process for the fulfillment of the legal rights of persons with disabilities in the Yogyakarta District Court and whether the implementation of the judicial process in the Yogyakarta District Court is in accordance with the legal provisions for the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities regulated in the laws and regulations. This research is a descriptive field research. The approach used in this study is juridical-empirical. The data collection method was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation with informants from the Yogyakarta District Court. The analysis that will be used by the compiler in this study is a descriptive-qualitative analysis. Data processing in the form of interview results is processed through word form to produce answers and conclusions to this study. Data processing in order to produce relevant results, compilers use the theory of justice, the theory of legal effectiveness and the principle of equality before the law. The results of this study show that the Yogyakarta District Court has realized the fulfillment of the legal rights of persons with disabilities in the judicial process in accordance with laws and regulations based on the value of justice and the principle of equality before the law in the form of assistance, sign language interpreters, translators, advice from health workers, legal assistance, and the provision of proper accommodation (service, facilities and infrastructure, as well as personal assessment). However, there are still some facilities that must be met by the Yogyakarta District Court such as braille walls, and guide tiles around the courtroom. %Z Pembimbing: Dr.Lindra Darnela, S.Ag., M.Hum.
