%X Guidance on the attitude of students to become noble people is the responsibility of  parents and teachers at school. Most of the current generation of youth is easily  carried away by negative behavior in the surrounding environment. In this case the  teacher has a big contribution to the formation of spiritual attitudes and social  attitudes of students. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the ISMUBA teacher's  strategy in improving the spiritual and social attitudes of students. The type of  research used in this research is field research using qualitative research methods. The  subjects of this study were ten students, ISMUBA teachers, and the principal. Data  collection techniques using interview techniques, documentation and observation.  The data analysis in this case is done by reviewing all the data and condensing the  data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate  that: 1) ISMUBA teacher strategies in improving students' spiritual and social  attitudes by adjusting the attitude learning model, namely the consideration model,  cognitive moral development and value clarification technique (VCT). It can be seen  from the learning strategies used by ISMUBA teachers in the form of expository,  cooperative, contextual and indirect learning strategies. 2) The implications of the  ISMUBA learning strategy in improving the spiritual and social attitudes of students  can be viewed from two directions. First, the relationship to Allah Subhanahu Wa  Ta'ala which is based on Islamic religious education so as to create obedient worship  behavior by purifying all practices only to Him, including prayer, fasting, tadarus Al-  Qur'an, trust and patience. Second, the relationship between fellow beings or the  social attitudes of students that depart from the ISMUBA teacher's learning strategies  include the emergence of honest, disciplined, mutual cooperation, polite and  responsible attitudes in carrying out the mandate. All of these attitudes are in  accordance with the attitude assessment indicators on the national learning standards.
