description: Agriculture until now has also become the basis of livelihoods in rural areas. At this time technological developments also cannot be denied very influential on the agricultural sector, so it is necessary to have a large enough capital to support agricultural production which is supported by agricultural tools and production facilities. So far the agricultural sector still relies on people's credit institutions but the capital obtained from people's credit institutions is still not sufficient. In providing capital, farmers can take advantage of Islamic banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and promotion variables on farmers' interest in using Islamic banking. analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that the knowledge variable has no effect on farmers' interest in using Islamic banking where the partial test results yield a Sig value. of 0.078 > 0.05. While the promotion variable partially has a significant effect on farmers' interest in using Islamic banking with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
