%X In learning activities, the lack of learning media and language that is not fluent  cause learning barriers. Children cannot explore their abilities, so children's  language skills do not develop optimally. So the teacher must choose the suitable  media to achieve learning objectives. The study aimed to examine the  implementation of serial picture media to improve children's language skills in Way  Kanan, Lampung.  This type of quantitative research. Using one group- pre-test-posttest design, the  population is 22 children (8 boys and 14 girls). The sample used 22 experimental  children in one group- pre-test-posttest design, aged 4-5 years. Test the data  engineering research instrument in the form of a validity and reliability test. Using  SPSS version 22  Based on the calculation results, the average value of the pretest is 39.64, the posttest  is 76.73, and the effect of applying picture series media to improve children's  language skills is a sig. 2-tailed), that is, 000. The output result on the paired sample  t-test is 0.00 <0.05, so there is a significant difference between the results of  applying serial picture media during the pretest and post-test, so Ha and Ho are  rejected.
