This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The experimental method used is Quasi Experimental with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design type design. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires used to measure student interest in learning and description tests that were used to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are product moment validity test, Cronbach alpha reliability test, levene test homogeneity test, and hypothesis test using Manova test. The results of this study show that: 1) The application of quick on the draw learning strategies in mathematics subjects is effective, conducive and enjoyable. 2) The quick on the draw learning strategy has an effect of 62.50% on students' interest in mathematics subjects, especially the material for building rooms in class V MI Al-Islam Majalaya. 3) Quick on the draw learning strategy has an effect of 76.70% on students' cognitive learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, especially the material for building rooms in class V MI Al-Islam Majalaya. 4) Quick on the draw learning strategies have a significant effect on students' cognitive interest and learning outcomes.
