The population in this study were 32 respondents. Sampling was done by random sampling technique. The research method applied is a quantitative method. The results of data processing show that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t count 2.862 with a significance of 0.003. Organizational climate affects performance with t count 5.262 with a significance of 0.000. While the organizational warning variable has no effect on employee performance with tcount -1.443 with a significance of 0.222.
