This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The primary data in this study used 41 processed questionnaires. The population of this study are all employees who work at BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Data processing used IBM SPSS 25 with multiple linear analysis techniques to answer whether there is influence between Leader Member Exchange, Work Commitment, and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The results of this study indicate that the Leader Member Exchange Leadership Style has a positive effect on Employee Performance, work commitment has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance.} }
