This study is quantitive with data collection using interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The sampling techniques is use non probability sampling with the saturated sample method which all of the population are used as samples, that is 31 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear resgression test with the help of SPSS 22. The result showed that (1) there is an influence of transformational leadership and innovative work behavior proven with T count 2,584 > 1,703 and significance 0,015 < 0,05, and coefficient regression have positive value 0,251 atau 25,1 %; (2) there is an influence of pemberdayaan psikologis and innovative work behavior proven with T count 2,584 > 1,703 and significance 0,015 < 0,05, and coefficient regression have positive value 0,502 atau 50,2; (2) there is an influence of efikasi diri and innovative work behavior proven with T count 2,584 > 1,703 and significance 0,015 < 0,05, and coefficient regression have positive value 0,215 atau 21,5%.
