Stress that arises can be triggered by the emergence of workfamily conflict that occurs as a result of the implementation of WFH. This study aims to analyze the effect of family support and organizational support on the work-related stress of employees during the Covid-19 pandemic through the mediation of work-family conflict using the W-HR model. This study uses purposive sampling techniques involving 35 respondents who are employees of the BPD DIY Syariah bank with criteria of having worked for at least one year and currently/have been working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis techniques with two direct and indirect analysis models. The results of the study show that family support and organizational support have a direct negative effect on work-family conflict. Family support has a direct effect on work-related stress, but organizational support does not have a direct effect on work-related stress. Work-family conflict has a positive direct effect on work-related stress, while family support and organizational support have no significant effect on work-related stress through the mediation of work-family conflict. Therefore, work-family conflict cannot mediate the effect of family support and organizational support on the workrelated stress of BPD DIY Syariah bank employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. %Z Pembimbing: Syayyidah Maftuhatul Jannah, SE., M.SC
