description: This study aims to analyze the relationship between Information Systems (X1) and Information Technology (X2) variables on Employee Performance (Y) at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research, which means that information is collected in numerical form (numbers). The research method used is casual research which aims to determine the effect of one or more independent variables on the dependent variable. The data used in this research is primary data. In this study, the population was all employees at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta, who had used the agency financial level application system (SAKTI). The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems affects employee performance (H1). The results of this study indicate that information technology has an effect on employee performance (H2). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the application of accounting information technology can affect employee performance by 58.8% while the remaining 41.2% is influenced by variables or other factors not included in the research model (H3). Future research is expected to add to independent variables such as work environment, leadership style, bonuses and incentives, and so on.
