%T PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS BANK BPD DIY SYARI'AH)
%X This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, selection, and
work productivity of employees at Bank BPD DIY Syari'ah. This research
is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have
been stated previously. The population of this study are permanent
employees of Bank BPD DIY Syari'ah Head Office and are not outsourced
employees. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The
data in this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires
given to Bank BPD DIY employees at the Syari'ah Head Office. The
primary data in this study used a questionnaire obtained from 56
respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear
regression analysis with IBM SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate
that simultaneously, the variables of recruitment, selection, and training
affect employee productivity. Then the results of this study partially show
that the variables of recruitment, selection, and training have a positive and
significant effect on employee work productivity at Bank BPD DIY
Syari'ah.
