Physics learning will be more interesting if it is integrated with the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to: 1) find out how the process of developing of Al-Qur?an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum, 2) find out the quality of Al-Qur?an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum, 3) find out the participants' responses. students in a limited trial of Al-Qur?an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum which was developed. This research is a Research and Development or R&D research. The procedure for developing this research uses a 4-D model, which includes the stages: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Disseminate. However, this research was carried out until the development stage, namely a limited trial. The instrumens used in this study were instrumen and product validation sheets, assessment sheets, and student response sheets. The assessment of the quality of the module uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 while student responses use the Guttman scale which is made in the form of a checklist. The result of this research is the Al-Qur?an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum. The quality of the learning modules developed is based on the results of the assessment of material experts with a mean score of 3.11; media experts with a mean score of 3.26; and science teachers with an average score of 3.33; so the module has good quality (B). Student responses to Al-Qur?an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum in a limited trial obtained an average score of 0.96 with the agreed criteria (S).
