The use of mobile learning and mindful learning approaches is considered as one of the efforts to utilize technology in education and 21st century skills development for students. The mindful learning approach is an approach that emphasizes student-centered learning which accommodates openness to new information, learning awareness, and students' sensitivity to their environment. This research aims to (1) produce mobile learning teaching materials that have been developed based on mindful learning on Light Waves and Optical Devices material, (2) determine the quality of mindful learning based mobile learning teaching materials developed, (3) find out students' responses to mindful learning-based mobile learning teaching materials developed. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study. The procedure for developing this research uses the ADDIE model, which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research instruments were the instrument and product validation sheets, quality valuation sheets of mindful learning-based mobile learning materials, and student response questionnaire sheets. Validation was performed by two subject experts and two media experts, while the valuation was by two subject experts, two media experts, and two physics teachers from SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta . Valuation of the quality of mindful learning-based mobile learning materials uses four scales of the Likert scale, while students' responses use checklist sheets with the Guttman scale. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are the application of mindful learning-based mobile learning materials on physics materials for high schools light waves and optical devices. The quality of mobile learning teaching materials based on the valuation of subject experts and media experts has an excellent score (SB) with an average score of 3.32 and 3.47; the physics teacher's valuation has a good score (B) with an average score of 3.15. Otherwise, the student's responses in the limited trial obtained the results of agreeing with an average score of 0.88, which means that the product is suitable for use as mindful learning-based mobile learning materials. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Winarti, M.Pd., Si
