"The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 prioritized the\r\nutilization of technological advances and 21st century skills. The use of mobile\r\nlearning and mindful learning approaches is considered as one of the efforts to\r\nutilize technology in education and 21st century skills development for students.\r\nThe mindful learning approach is an approach that emphasizes student-centered\r\nlearning which accommodates openness to new information, learning awareness,\r\nand students' sensitivity to their environment. This research aims to (1) produce\r\nmobile learning teaching materials that have been developed based on mindful\r\nlearning on Light Waves and Optical Devices material, (2) determine the quality of\r\nmindful learning based mobile learning teaching materials developed, (3) find out\r\nstudents' responses to mindful learning-based mobile learning teaching materials\r\ndeveloped.\r\nThis research is a Research and Development (R&D) study. The procedure\r\nfor developing this research uses the ADDIE model, which includes the Analysis,\r\nDesign, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research\r\ninstruments were the instrument and product validation sheets, quality valuation\r\nsheets of mindful learning-based mobile learning materials, and student response\r\nquestionnaire sheets. Validation was performed by two subject experts and two\r\nmedia experts, while the valuation was by two subject experts, two media experts,\r\nand two physics teachers from SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta . Valuation of the quality\r\nof mindful learning-based mobile learning materials uses four scales of the Likert\r\nscale, while students' responses use checklist sheets with the Guttman scale. The\r\ndata obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques.\r\nThe results of this study are the application of mindful learning-based\r\nmobile learning materials on physics materials for high schools light waves and\r\noptical devices. The quality of mobile learning teaching materials based on the\r\nvaluation of subject experts and media experts has an excellent score (SB) with an\r\naverage score of 3.32 and 3.47; the physics teacher's valuation has a good score (B)\r\nwith an average score of 3.15. Otherwise, the student's responses in the limited trial\r\nobtained the results of agreeing with an average score of 0.88, which means that the\r\nproduct is suitable for use as mindful learning-based mobile learning materials."^^ .
