The population in this study is customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Yogyakarta City. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method with the Likert scale that measures brand equity, trust, and system quality variables on customer satisfaction using mobile banking of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Yogyakarta City. Data analysis used is the multiple linear regression. All data was processed and analyzed using SPSS version 21.0. The results (T test) show that brand equity, trust, and system quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using using mobile banking of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results (Test F) also show that brand equity, trust, and system quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using mobile banking of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Yogyakarta City.
