The hypothesis was tested there was a positive relationship between the organizational activity and the interpersonal competence. The population of this research were 102 overall of students of Komunitas Muda Usaha (Komus). The samples of this research were 50 students of Komunitas Muda Usaha (Komus) which get the study in Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Two instruments were administrated to gather the data : interpersonal competence scale and organizational activity scale. The Product Moment Correlation technique was apllied to analyze the data. The results indicated that there was a positive and significant correlation between the organizational activity and the interpersonal competence with rxy = 0.586 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Effective contribution of organizational activity to interpersonal competence 34.3%. This means that the higher the organizational activity of students, higher interpersonal competence. Conversely, the lower the organizational activity of students and students interpersonal competence was also lower. So the hypothesis in this research is received.
