This makes the question of why this phenomenon can occur Generation Z students who are currently studying at university will face a situation where after graduation they have to start working and think about finances in the future so it cannot be denied that many students have now entered the world of investment. So this research aims to analyze what attributes of each factor influence the tendency of students to invest in stocks. This study uses a quantitative approach by applying Rasch analysis to measure 4 factors with 31 attributes that are thought to be factors in the tendency of students to invest in stocks. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online and filled out by 101 student respondents of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used is the survey method, namely by using a questionnaire as the main source of research data distributed to respondents through the googlr form link. Then the data was processed using the Winsteps 3.73 program and analyzed using the Rasch model. Based on the analysis, there are 2 respondents who have high-level thinking skills (answering agree on several items) and 5 respondents who are indicated to be less serious or less able to answer the questionnaire questions properly. There are 2 items that are not suitable for use in this questionnaire. So that the two items that are not suitable need to be revised or replaced. However, overall the instruments and respondents used have met the requirements and can measure the factors that influence the tendency of students to invest in stocks In the bias category of study program, class, and age there is only 1 item that has a bias out of 31 items. While the category of gender and investment experience there are 3 items that are biased out of 31 items.
