"This thesis is the result of research that describes how much\r\ninfluence workload, transformational leadership style and compensation\r\nhave on work motivation with a case study of BPD DIY Syariah. The\r\nresearch in this thesis is motivated by the phenomenon of the growing\r\ndevelopment of Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking.\r\nTo be able to compete with other competitors that can be done by the\r\ncompany is to improve the quality of products and services. In addition to\r\nimproving products and services, one thing that needs to be considered is\r\nimproving the quality of its human resources and knowing the motivation\r\nneeded by employees.\r\nThe formulation of the problems in this study are (1) Does\r\nworkload affect the work motivation of BPD DIY Syariah employees?, (2)\r\nDoes transformational leadership style affect the work motivation of BPD\r\nDIY Syariah employees?, (3) Does compensation affect the work\r\nmotivation of BPD employees Sharia DIY?\r\nThis study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods.\r\nThe analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using\r\nSPSS 27 analysis tool. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability\r\nSampling with the Purposive Sampling method. Respondents in this study\r\nwere 40 respondents from BPD DIY Syariah employees.\r\nThe results of this study indicate that (1) workload has a\r\nsignificant negative effect on work motivation, (2) Transformational\r\nleadership style has a significant negative effect on work motivation (3)\r\nCompensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation."^^ .
