Murabaha in Islamic banking is principally based on the purchase price and related costs and agreement on profit. The purpose of this study is to find out what risks occur in murabahah financing products, to find out the application of risk management and risk mitigation efforts made to murabahah financing products at BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera Yogyakarta. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data obtained using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is the method according to Miles and Huberman, namely data codification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data is done by source triangulation method. The results of the study show some of the risks inherent in murabaha financing products at BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera Yogyakarta. These risks include financing risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and compliance risk. The murabahah financing risk management process is carried out into four stages, namely risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control. The mitigation attempted by BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera is adjusted to the need to reduce the risks inherent in murabaha financing.
