Santapan Rohani program is one of the religious programs on Radio Persatuan. This program presents da'i and da'iyah as fillers of studies with the concept of interactive dialogue to the listeners. Santapan Rohani program aims to increase religious understanding for people in Bantul Regency and surrounding areas. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods were carried out using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. This research uses the theory of Susan Tyler Eastman, namely the Compatibility Strategy, Habit Formation Strategy, Control Of Audiens Flow Strategy, Conservation Of Program Resource Strategy, Mass Appeal Strategy. The results of this study indicate that the application of Susan Tyler Eastman's strategy theory to the Santapan Rohani program at Radio Persatuan has been carried out but not optimally. In the theory of suitability, it can be said that it has not been carefully planned because scientific research has never been conducted on the suitability of scheduling to the needs of listeners. In addition, in the theory of controlling the flow of listeners, Radio Persatuan has also not been able to fully minimize so that listeners do not move to other channels. However, Radio Persatuan has implemented a habit-forming strategy by presenting adlibs and scheduling consistently and regularly and has done a good job of storing program resources.
